Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery takes 3-7 working days within Sweden and 5-10 working days worldwide. We will always try to ship as often as we can, usually 3-4 times a week. Please be patient when ordering embroider, these will sometimes be made to order. Every step of this process is made by us here in our studio.

SHIPMENT BY COUNTRY

Sweden:
Shipments within Sweden cost 59SEK and are fulfilled by PostNord.

Worldwide
Shipments to all countries outside of Sweden is fulfilled by PostNord, Local tax and duties will add upon delivery when shipping  to countries outside the European Union. Like Norway and Switzerland. Please check with your local customs office for the rules and regulations that apply to you.

USA, Canada – 299 SEK
Sweden – 59 SEK
Denmark, Norway, Finland – 129 SEK 
Other EU countries – 129 SEK
Rest of the world – 129 SEK

SHIPMENT INFORMATION

PostNord (Sweden)
You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You can check the status here: https://www.postnord.se/en/our-tools/track-and-trace

We use PostNord when shipping to international customers. The delivery time is between 5-10 working days. You will recieve a tracking number once your package is picked up by the courier so you can track your package all the way. 

All packages sent are fully insured.
